February 2026<\/strong><\/p>Since April of 2025 we have been working in an advisory capacity with Labiteers<\/strong> (founded by a former Kandu student) to develop an Azure Labs Replacement<\/a> platform.<\/p>
The first Labiteers based labs have been added to our Level 3 Networking Unit with more on the way soon.<\/p>

January 2026 New e-learning system.<\/strong><\/p>We have completely re-developed out e-learning interface to provide a faster, more secure experience for all learners.\u00a0 This applies to our Free IT Support Intro Course<\/a>, along with BTEC Level 2<\/a> and BTEC Level 3 IT qualifications<\/a>.<\/p>

August 2024 Funding Doubled!<\/strong><\/p>Due to the success of the C&G delivery funding for the project is doubled with 90 places available in the new academic year.<\/p>

October 2023 C&G Project –<\/strong><\/p>Kandu are selected to design, develop and provide teaching services for a government funded City and Guilds Level 3 programme in IT Support, Networking and Cyber Security, based on a 16-week Live Delivery.<\/p>

November 2022 BTEC Updates –<\/strong><\/p>Due to the enrolment window of the BTEC ICT Specialist qualifications being extended until at least 31\/12\/2024 our\u00a0BTEC Level 2<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0BTEC Level 3<\/a>\u00a0courses have been updated.<\/p>Summary of Updates:<\/strong><\/p>- All learners are now given access to a cloud based PC as standard which can be used for practical work.<\/li>
- Streamlined project based assessments – The Level 2 can now be completed in just 5 assessments (previously 7), the Level 3 can now be completed in 7 assessments (previously 13).<\/li>
- New learning material to incorporate Windows 11.<\/li>
- The Level 3 has an increased focus on Cyber Security with the supplied material also covering CompTIA Security+ objectives.<\/li><\/ul>

What does this mean?<\/strong><\/p>We have now achieved \u2018direct-claim\u2019 status and are able to issue Level 2 & 3 BTEC Qualifications year round with the certificate arriving within just 2 weeks of the final assessment being completed.
